We have repaired cranes and the trucks under them at 906 West Gore St since 1989. We are an independent shop, not a National Crane dealer, and we work on every make of boom truck and knuckle boom crane that comes through the door.
What comes in most
- Leaking or drifting cylinders: boom, extension, outrigger and swing cylinders resealed or rebuilt
- Hoist problems: a hoist that slips, chatters or will not hold, brakes, motors and wire rope
- Anti two block and load moment faults: switches, cable reels, wiring and sensors traced and repaired
- Outriggers that creep, will not stow or leak down: holding valves, cylinders and hoses
- Boom wear: wear pads, sheaves, pins and bushings replaced and the boom shimmed back into line
- Rotation: swing drive, gearbox and turntable bearing wear
- Controls: control valves, handles, cables and radio remotes
The truck under the crane
A tired PTO, a weak pump, low engine speed or a cracked frame all show up as a crane that will not do what it used to. We repair diesel trucks in the same shop, so a crane problem that turns out to be a truck problem is fixed in one visit.

Call (877) 697-6272 and describe what the crane is doing. Have the model and serial number ready if you can, and send a photograph if the fault is visible. Before you buy a used boom truck
We inspect and repair cranes for a living, so we look at a used unit the way a buyer should: the cylinders, the hoist, the boom wear pads and sheaves, the outrigger boxes, the turntable and the truck under it.
